CONSTRUCTION NEEDS YOU!

The construction industry is needs a consistent influx of professional construction workers, and with an ageing workforce, this is creating a skills gap that needs to be filled - meaning that there are a lot of opportunities available for construction apprentices.

The interest in the Worcestershire Construction Apprentice Academy continues to grow, and since its establishment in 2014, we now have over 30 apprentices who have successfully applied with their employer to receive funding and trade vouchers to support their skills and learning.

Every school year and in partnership with the Heart of Worcestershire College, we look to support additional apprenticeships throughout Worcestershire.
