The Worcestershire Construction Apprentice Academy (WCAA) is an independent charity founded by Worcestershire building contractor,
Speller Metcalfe.

The charity aims to support apprentices and employers through a financial grant and provision of tool kits in recognition of the difficult financial challenges employers and apprentices can have.

With the current skills gap in industry Speller Metcalfe aims to help more apprentices into construction, and by working together with the Heart of Worcestershire College, the WCAA aims to increase the number of apprenticeship opportunities available locally, develop a highly skilled workforce, improve employer / apprenticeship links and boost job opportunities in Worcestershire.
