wHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
ABOUT
Employing an apprentice can have benefits for the employer as well as the apprentice, and help you to develop a skilled workforce with relevant experience to your organisation and sector.
Apprentices often bring new and creative ideas to an organisation and can be more inclined to stay in employment should opportunities arise at the end of their apprenticeship, helping you to retain skilled workers.
Through the Worcestershire Construction Apprentice Academy, you could receive a financial grant which can be used towards paying your apprentice's salary, with your apprentice receiving tool kit, specific to their trade, from our sponsor, Travis Perkins.
